The Human Element in a Photograph

I will admit that most of the time I avoid having people in my photos, if I can manage it. That is one of the main reasons I like to get up and shoot at sunrise - everyone else is usually asleep, and thus not walking into my photos. But sometimes I find that adding a person to a shot actually improves it. In this video I walk through an edit and explain my thought process behind this one.
