Colorful Amsterdam

To me, Amsterdam is one of those cities that you just have to smile about, and not get offended by it's differences.  It appeals to a lot of different sorts of people, and surely for different reasons.  Folks are there for traditional tourism things such as seeing sights like the Anne Frank House and countless museums (there are a lot of them), non-traditional tourism like "coffee shops" and the Red Light District, and probably even photographic tourism for folks looking to take some shots.  It's a melting pot in many ways.  So in that sense of the word, it's a very colorful place.
